Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in offering unique vintage items and custom-made candles. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:
Vintage Items
All Sales Are Final – Vintage pieces are sold as-is and may show signs of age, wear, or imperfections, which add to their charm and character. We do our best to accurately describe each item, including dimensions and condition, in the product listing.
No Returns or Exchanges – Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to request additional details or photos prior to placing an order.
Candles
Non-Refundable – Candles are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Candle Refill Services – Refill orders are final once processing begins. Be sure to double-check scent selections and special requests before submitting your order.
Damaged or Defective Items – If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Buyer pays return shipping.
Local Pickup and Delivery
Items delivered locally or picked up in person should be inspected upon receipt. Once the item has been accepted, returns cannot be accommodated.
